Project Reveal- Wyckoff family room - NJ interior designer

Today I have a project reveal that I am so excited about! I met my clients last October when they were nearing the closing date on their new construction home in Wyckoff. Because it was a new build, the floors were already installed and the walls were painted and it was a complete blank slate. This is always my FAVORITE type of project! My clients did not have any furniture from their apartment that was going to be moved into their new home. With small kids, they wanted this family room space to be livable and functional and I am so thrilled to hear that they are all loving this new home!

I love the custom window treatments that we had installed. They provide privacy when needed but still allow the amazing natural light to come in.

And take a look behind the sofa….do you see the window seat?

Here is a close up of the window seat that my carpenter built. We had the cushion custom made in a performance durable fabric

We installed a gallery wall of family photos to fill up the big wall behind the sofa.

Project Reveal- Glen Rock kitchen transformation - Bergen county designer

I am so excited to share the full reveal of this Glen Rock kitchen renovation. For this project, I met with my clients last summer and we talked about their goals for the space. We then worked with my kitchen cabinet maker to create the new layout, select the cabinet style, color, hardware and countertops. At first, my clients were not so sure about having a contrasting island, but i assured them that they would love the finished result. And of course, they do!!

Even though we did not enlarge the kitchen, it feels so much bigger!!

And here is another Before / After side by side. Getting rid of the peninsula, and adding an island has made the kitchen much more functional.

Ramsey Dining Room Refresh - Bergen County interior designer

Today I am sharing a project reveal from my Cedar Place Project. Over the past 2 years we have worked on the primary bedroom, kitchen, family room and powder room and now it was time for the dining room. The space already had beautiful features like the ceiling and paneled walls. My clients already had the room painted and a dining room table and chairs. I love that now the space is ready to finally host family and friends!!

Here is a close up of the incredible light fixture!! And in the background you can see the new artwork too.

This sideboard got some love with simple decor and a large round mirror.

Bergen County Kitchen Design - Ridgewood interior designer

Here is an after photo of this Bergen County kitchen that we recently finished working on. This was a full renovation that included raising the ceiling to incorporate a skylight. We installed beautiful LVP flooring, Quartz countertops and gorgeous hand-cut tile backsplash for a modern but classic look. We also mixed two metals- stainless steel and black.
